Stellar Expansion 0.975

Version 0.975 updates the engine to GameMaker LTS 2022 from GameMaker 1.4. Along with this engine update, it also features somewhat improved calibration for text box borders and a graphical indication (satellites) of planetary development levels. 

On modern systems, updating to 0.975 is highly recommended, as differences in font handling may cause text to display incorrectly in older versions. However, users of 32 bit systems are advised to download 0.97 instead, since 0.975 is now 64-bit and therefore incompatible with such systems.

Note that this is a relatively minor update, all things considered, and does not address more substantive issues-- more dynamic sizing of icons and popup texts to better support modern displays will be coming in 0.98.
